Morgan Group Ltd is a major employer across South West Wales, based in Llandybie and Llansamlet, saw profits rise throughout 2012 despite the still tough trading conditions. This was achieved by cutting costs where appropriate, making the business leaner and efficient to provide a stable platform for expansion once the economy recovers. The Company employs more than 250 people across the Group producing Glass Re-enforced Polymer and steel enclosures. The 2013 future strategy for the Company will be to expand sales in growing markets.
